We are TSS (Total Steel Solutions) Engineering, a rapidly growing business that offers world-class fabrication, welding, and construction services. We design and fabricate an array of reliable engineering products and components to the highest quality and to matching standards/specifications. We also provide a complete design, manufacture, construction and commissioning service to the industry, which is paramount where higher production capabilities are a requirement.

OUR COMPANY

TSS Engineering’s industry experience dates back to the early 2000’s. In 2017, the directors of the company decided to consolidate their expertise and formally established TSS Engineering based on its three core values; respect, complete, and strive. The company started with 8 members when it began, growing to 70 members within a year of its operation. With the recent warehouse expansion of 600m2 and installation of an additional crane to accommodate an increased workload, TSS currently has an 1,800m2 workshop as its main production area.

TSS Engineering abides by its duty to provide safe, sustainable and consistent service outcomes. Our commitment is at the very center of the development of TSS Engineering’s Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Management System (QEHS). Through this, we ensure that all our employees are covered by health and safety principles and regard them with the upmost importance, whether they are one of our hard-working site employees or our office-based staff who keep our business running efficiently.

TSS Engineering was recently accredited with AS/NZS ISO 3834 Part 2 by Weld Australia. With this achievement, we were also able to attain RMS CC2 for Steel Fabrication to further expand our capabilities in taking jobs that are greater in scope and have more complex detail & design.

OUR CAPABILITIES

TSS Engineering performs as a one stop shop where design review/shop drawing, cost estimation, on site engineering viability review, fabrication and installation are completed to project demand. We are also able to provide maintenance services as required by the project life-cycle.

We are capable of handling all types of metals including but not limited to: stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, galvanized sheets and electro-galvanized sheets with high quality finishes. We also specialize in MIG, TIG, ARC welding and on-call tradesman hiring.

Through these skills and qualifications, our expertise and technical support have greatly increased to target much more complex and higher value projects. As a result, we are able to continually make advancements in our work to ensure that our company will eventually stand as one of Australia’s leading metal fabrication and installation businesses.
